    • Research and mapping of stakeholders and their activity, with a view to identifying potential allies or opponents
    • Monitoring of the case in parliament, among local authorities, stakeholders, etc and the production of weekly or monthly dossiers on the developments relevant to the client
    • Organisation of formal (eg associations, clubs) or informal coalitions to encourage joint representation
    • Arrangement of meetings with interested parties and authorities on a local, national or European level
    • Drafting and proposing of amendments
  • Assistance in the acquiring of public funding
    • Identification of available regional, state or EU funds.
    • Assisting in the compilation and submission of the necessary documents.
  • The revitalisation of professional organisations
    • Administrative work
    • Drafting of white papers, etc
    • Aiding improved external and internal communication
  • Assistance of the manager responsible for Public Affairs upon his/her taking office (in businesses and professional organisations).
